1. Shipping

Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, the minimum order value is 150,000 VND.

 

Do you offer year-round delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery throughout the year. However, please note that delivery may be affected by weather conditions in your area (e.g., storms or extreme heat), and we will adjust delivery times accordingly.

 

Can you deliver to my home address?
We offer home delivery services upon request. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from a nearby postal office.

 

Can I specify a delivery date?
You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout. We will do our best to fulfill the delivery on the specified day, provided there are no delays, such as adverse weather conditions. Please note that standard orders are typically shipped via 1-2 day services, so we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date.

 

What happens if my tarantula dies?
If your tarantula unfortunately passes away, please send us a photo of the deceased animal. We will either issue a refund or provide a replacement, in accordance with our warranty policy. - Warranty Policy

 

 

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping for live animals.

What can I expect in the mystery bags?
The mystery bags can contain any of the species listed on our website, with a total value equal to or greater than the price you paid. For tarantulas, the contents will include a mix of Old World and New World species.

 

Can I choose the contents of my mystery bag?
Currently, we do not allow customization for mystery bags. However, if you have purchased a mystery bag from us previously, we will ensure you receive something different this time.

 

How are tarantulas measured?

Tarantulas are measured diagonally from the first leg to the last leg when fully extended.

 

Are the product photos accurate representations of the animals being sold?
No, many of our product images are professional photos of adult or specimen examples of the species. Other images may be stock photos representing smaller animals and not the exact one being sold. The size/age of the actual animal being sold will be clearly stated in the product title and description.

Can I cancel an order I just placed?
Yes. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to double-check your address, order total, and payment method before placing the order.

 

Can I change my order?
Yes. Please send us a message, and we will see what can be done to accommodate your changes.

 

I’ve placed an order, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. Can I add more items to it?
Yes! Just let us know, and we’ll add any items you wish to your order. We will then send you an updated invoice via email for the additional products.
